OMG I hate them!! I've had emails in my Outbox since January 12 that won't send because I have NO SERVICE. Yet, when I get to work, I've had three emails from them in the last week that say they've DELIBERATELY cut my signal for continuing to "overuse". How is that possible??? Meanwhile they advertise for $49 (what I'm paying) that you can use multiple computers, download music, etc. but I can't send two emails!
