[DSL] I need help. Day 3 with no service. I miss it.

Hi. I have been a DSL Extreme customer since 2006 and very happy with my service. I have always used the lowest level of DSL and been fine. On Sunday I placed a request for updgrade to 1500/384kbps DSl and it was activated on Monday 1/16/12. On the activation date is when my problem began. I have had no service since. I do have a ticket # [Removed] that is still open. After spending multiple hours on the phone with first and second level support I am not sure what the problem is. We have gone through all the standard troubleshooting. I have placed a call today, Wednesday 1/18/2012 (day 3 without internet) 2 hours ago and am still waiting for a call back. Is it possibly a modem issue? I was given a modem by DSL extreme in 2006 a Westell Wind River 2200. I had no issues until the updade. I am an AT&T phone customer. Please help! Need the interest for my job. Thank you!!
