Are these numbers too high? I am experiencing some sluggishness on the internet.

I would say on the high-side, but not horrendous. Not logging any uncorrectable codewords...

Wouldn't cause any issues with say streaming video?

Not necessarily.

Perhaps if you describe how you are connected to your modem (through a router, Ethernet, wireless, etc.), it would be easier to narrow down the possible causes. Also, are you having issues with one streaming site, multiple?

Been having the same problem and I am also in Levittown, PA. Have been seeing downstream power levels been as low as -1 to -3 and all the way up to +11. I have also been getting thousands of corrected errors and uncorrected errors, which seem to be getting better as you can see in the picture. I have the extreme 105 and have been getting speeds as low as 60s, plus have been experiencing alot of tileing on my tv services as well. Have had at least 10 techs out to the house, they changed the drop from the pole as well as all the fittings and wires into the house and the two-way splitter which goes to the modem and the tivo box, and so far I am still having issues. They have also referred the issue to maintaintence who says there is no issue, however two techs have seen the issue while they were out. Any ideas of what could be the issue?

@comcast.net

Your signals are JACKED UP!!!! They nees to be within a couple db of each other.

your downstream signal levels should be closer together.
could be system related. Seems like the higher the freq gets the lower the level is almost like there is some type of filter on starting to roll off about 650 MHz. Could also be some bad RG59 line or a splitter not rated for digital service.

Your problem is nothing like the LouReed9's.

His signal levels are actually pretty good. Slightly high but comfortably below 15, and that figure balances well with his upstream value of 41. He can comfortably add more splitters for more TVs or whatnot without worry of degradation. His problems probably lie elsewhere, especially if his uncorrectables remains at 0.

Your signal levels should not be so varied. Something's going seriously wrong there. Check all your connections and call Comcast to get a tech out if it remains like that!
