reply to Hentz1983 Had the same issue when I changed out to that box but its been awhile since to remeber exactly what they did.
I contacted Charter to submit the work order and as soon as the tech came out they knew what the fix was, done it 5 minutes. They did say the techs on the phone should have been able to fix it from their end. Will have to check my paperwork to see if they wrote what the fix was.
reply to Hentz1983 It could be a billing issue or box might need to be rebooted. I had a similar problem about a year ago, and it was fixed over the phone.
