 | DVR Issues on U-Verse I have read all the post related to phone, internet and cable issues. I myself have had first hand experiences. All of those combined frustrate me less than my most recent u-verse woes.
After being subscribed to u-verse services for 10 months I suddenly began having issues with my dvr. A few examples (not limited to) of my issues are:
-rec'g error msg "delay in playing..." when attempting to simply play a recorded show which results in a black screen for an unknown amount of time. Easily an hour in duration if left alone!
-pixalization of video during play back of program on dvr
-incomplete taping of scheduled recording on dvr
-sudden static (snow) when in the middle of viewing recorded content on dvr
Sometimes, I am able to remedy the issue by turning on and off the tv & cable box several times in a row but not always. Very FRUSTRATING. I am paying $150++ per month for just the cable service. I am not interersted in paying for this inconstancy. In five years of Comcast service I never had this issue.
I am wondering if other AT & T U-verse users are having similar issues and if there is a resolution? |
