 | D2 issues I actually have been suffering lately with getting the bare minimum out of my service, sometimes even less. Had Comcast run a new line after it got knocked out. During that time they collected my modem so they could refund the month I went without internet due to a broken line (weird right?) My prior modem was D3 and the one they gave me back is D2. Customer Rep told me to have it switched out. Would this actually have notable impact?
Both of my rigs are reporting less than ideal speed, so that would indicate modem/router issues, correct? Especially with a fresh line installed today.
Sorry to step in with newb questions, just found this active discussion and need some guidance. |
