| [OH] Just upgraded to Cox HSI Ultimate So I just upgraded to Cox HSI Ultimate package. Here in the Cleveland OH market they are advertising UL speeds up to 8 Mbps.
However, all the speedtests I run, I am getting mid 5s to 6. I was actually getting the same speeds on the Preferred package which i upgraded from.
Anyone have any real world experience with this Ultimate package in the Cleveland area?

Well I see the reasoning for this question, and its cox's fault for not updating there site correctly. If you look at the speeds for tiers in his market on cox's site. You will see that the up to powerboost speeds are lower then what they have the actual up to speeds, which has to be an error. Since for ultimate they have up to 8mbps upload, and powerboost up to 5.5mbps upload. The truth is, your paying for 50/5, so it should be showing up to 5mbps, with up to 5.5 with powerboost. |
