You probably need to post this information over on the AT&T direct forum »AT&T Direct a level 2 tech will take a look at it there and can probably help you a lot more than anybody here. Information posted there can only be seen by you and the tech so giving him your account information will be helpful.
oh well they suggested I post here first, to see what steps I have taken to try and resolve the issue first. Or perhaps someone knowledgeable can guide me before they get involved.
