Re: My Kitty a Friend and love of my life for 17+ years is gone I'll share my box of kleenex with you. We lost two of our little friends last year about 3 months apart, first was Babie age 16, rescued at age 10 days when her mom miss counted and left her behind, and Tasha, 18, rescued at about 8wks of age by my oldest when some brainless fool through her into a dumpster and drove away. |

It always amazes me that the ones we lose somehow find a way to send us another one that needs our love. You and the new kitty can help each other heal and I think it's a wonderful way to honor Missy's memory. To be such tiny creatures, they leave such a tremendous hole in our hearts.

My daughter has adopted another kitty - Morgen, who as a youngster, will provide entertainment for Harold. He's always teasing the elders, Beast and Mystra, so Morgen should also provide respite for them. . |

Now, I don't know how close this is to good color, but tried to reduce ISO noise and optimize a bit. I left the outdoor color a bit yellow as I figure that's just the sunlight. But, I can filter that too if it'd help.
I only have one photo of my former kitty, so I can surely relate.

Thank you it was just by chance I took these photos of Missy. Did not plan them was going to take a buch shortly.

I'm sorry for your loss -- we went through similar this past late summer / early fall, losing both our cats within about a week of one another (that was a shocker).
We just recently (right before Christmas) adopted two kittens (siblings) and I'm only sorry we waited so long; but then, then Shira and Zev (the kittens) weren't around any sooner |
