Unbelievable. Service with PVCO was awesome, been with Skybeam 2 months and I can no longer watch my sons hockey games which are simulcast, speeds went from 5 down to 2. Called Skybeam.....go figure, no answer no option to leave a message. Looking for alternatives, dumping them the second I can. I will do without before I continue to pay for terrible service!
