[DSL] Promise to pay billing issue

Recently (1/13/12) I made a promise to pay and was given a 14 day extension. The next day the service was interrupted, I called in and it was reinstated with the tech on the phone explaining something about a "system error" - The following day the same happened and was given the same explanation after service was restored.

While viewing my bill I noticed two $10.00 charges for service reactivation (mind you the PtP date still hasn't arrived at the time of writing) I spoke to billing and was told one charge would be removed while the other would stay.

Would it be possible to have someone look into this..? When I asked for a supervisor I was told "She'll call you back."
