 | Dsl Problem Currently have dsl with AT&T. I've had the techs come out and remove all bridges and taps and half ringers removed on the line. Running the setup from basic service. Have Cat 5e ran to the dsl modem. One tech switched ports the stats on that like were awesome. Final got a tech out to are place after being with out a consistent connect(random d/c every 10-60seconds). He switched ports and the line had better nice stats sadly it died after 2hours. When he came back he switched ports and got the Current line stats

Current noise margin will Jump around massively on downstream only will range from 0-25(all periods of day). The line currently and after upgrade and port switch have been horrible. The same tech that switched ports also said one of the homes around here has the 6Mb service with out issue. He doesn't understand what is going on.I also have a Netgear something that shows the same basic line stats but current noise margins stays consistent at around 25 dB. But randomly de-syncs as well. The modem is located on a stand of it's own. Any suggestions would be greatful |
