What Needs to be Done?

I was with Teksavvy 5M DSL and decided to give Acanac a try. I paid for a year, and received my username and password. I changed my credentials in my modem and began using my Acanac account. I began using my acanac account starting on January 13th. After I found it was working, I called Teksavvy to have it disconnected on my next billing date (January 19th). On January 19th, my DSL signal is gone and I have no sync to my modem. I called Acanac to let them know of the situation. I got technical rep, who didn't seem very technical. Anyways, he put a ticket in with Bell, despite not knowing what needed to be done. I only have one line to my house which had a teksavvy dry loop on it. So does Bell now need to come and install an Acanac dry loop?
