Having read this forum for quite a while I have to wonder WHY MediacomChad has to service customers? Do not get me wrong, Chad seems to do a good job, but where is the local service? What happens to the poor customer that does NOT know about DSLreports.com and MediacomChad??????
Chad actually serves as an intermediary to the local tech supervisors. I've done it both ways and as far as I can tell there was no real difference in the response times or the outcomes.
