If your already a customer, they probably make you call the business office so you dont have it in writting and they can add all kinds of extras on the bill, so you have to go thru a long hassle to get it straighened out, last time I had to call CEO's in New York to get it straighened out with a supervisor, then there was No Nonsense, it was right after that! I dont want the same problem again, just be honest and give me what we agreed on and No More. Trouble is they say one thing on the phone to please you, then they add things, any comments or suggestions welcome? |
 tomsdsl join:2012-01-20 Philadelphia, PA | reply to tomsdsl Yeah, and also I just remembered the last bundle I had trouble with, I could not do that online either and I asked them to email me a copy of the agreement (because I did not want any extras) in it!! They said they could not email the agreement. If you make agreement online isn't all you wanted or did not want associated with your bill in there? So I cannot see why they wont email me this, unless it is so they can add things to it,(which they did after all last time) and it took a long time to straighten out, they kept saying it would be corrected on the next bill, and it was not until I got a hold of management. This constant lying to customer is No good, the old verizon seem to be more honest and considerate of there customers, now its how can we squeeze more money out of them |
