Anyone know how you would setup these units so I can remotely print? I know i could setup a VPN solution but are there other options where I can just print from outside the office I have a subdomain setup for the office that points to the IP.

These units do Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) and can do remote IP printing via a VPN or via a corporate network, you just need the IP address to create the printer port.

And I agree with DarkLogix about the surge protector...these are sensitive and you cannot believe the electronic problems if not protected.
