| [Speed] humanitas / Slow & inconsistent - Washington, DC Have been seeing the same thing all week. Each evening (going on now, for example), the Internet slows to a crawl for several hours. The RCN speed test site shows very inconsistent signal levels, and pingtest.net shows some packet loss but very high levels of jitter. I worked from home this week, however, and had no problems at all during the day.
Would love to see this resolved since I'm trying to enjoy the upgrade to 50 Mbps but instead just getting frustrated that speeds are so inconsistent each evening.

kudos:1 | I shot a note over to the DC guys. There seems to be a rolling problem that abated last night but incase it comes back so that they know to look for it.
