Their support number and fax numbers aren't working right now either. 1-888-607-6937 was the listed support number. 1-818-301-7465 is the fax number. |

I am down also. south Florida. First time like this in 2 or 3 years. Have had a few small problems like this, but also as an ex Sunrocket customer the first thing i think of is .....where is my magic jack? |

This is not good, down in NJ and NYC. Both lines are down, when you call you get "This wireless subscriber is unreachable".
When you pick up the phone, it says the device is not registered.
Confidence this does not build. |

i have had p/p for years and have never had an outage like this. hope it's not an "out of business" outage. their up-time has been fantastic so this is completely out of character for them. |

I am in Illinois. The phone worked about an hour ago and now cannot connect. I guess something happened on their side. |

Yes down in NY, I dial their customer service # from My cell and nothing happens.. it seems to be issue at their end... something big..
I know they are good in customer service. |

I just paid for a year of service. But what happens when a VOIP service goes out of biz is they sell their customer base to a new provider and honor the previous deal. Happened to me with VOIP.net. I'm still getting a free 212 number from that. |
