I just got connected with the fastest DSL with 6000 down 768 up. All the time it seems to be not much better than my previous 3000 down/ 512 up and I've only seed max speeds of a bit over 4000. But at times like now it is very slow barely getting over 1000 down.
I've been monitoring your actual bandwidth usage, and while I did see a couple spikes around 4.5Mbps, the majority is hovering around 1.0 to 0.3. I'll have a tech give you a call shortly.
