Re: Accnac Stinks Acanac using sales concept of 19th century like insurance company once they receive payment for whole year they will not listen you. I was disconnected from internet for 3 weeks because of illiterate acanac technical staff. Nobody from technical staff could found the problem upto 20 days even Bell also cleared the tickets two times without going into detail. Technical staff very lier. When i asked for problem initially one lady from technical staff told me that go and repair your computer without going into the detail what problem was. The problem was error no 401 modem connection error. even though they sent me new modem the problem didnot fixed. when i was ready to pay $ 100 to bell person didnt come to my home even though i had specifically told to stay at home for two days. and in last bell cleared the ticket without solving the problem. in last one guy from technical deptt found the problem it was of internet mapping which blind and illitrate Bell persons could not see. When i asked for refund they simply said that they will only provide extention not refund even though its clearly mentioned in the contract that if its acanac fault then they will refund the fees for internet. they doing open robbery. |
