@206.248.60.x | Rate Limits & Too Much $ I pay over $100.00 per month for what is "supposed to be" 5 Mbps download & phone. The phone quality is very bad. The way that the do VoIP is not conducive to being able to configure QOS (quality of service). Rarely get 3 Mbps download speed.
Their latest trick is that now they are going to start bandwidth limits. If you use more than the allotted amount, you will be billed accordingly. BUYER BEWARE !!!
Company has gone to Hell in a hand basket since Skybeam bought Air Canopy. Such a shame. Also, have plenty of free time if you need customer support. The wait is very, very, long. It's also a crapshoot on whether the person that you finally get knows their head from a hole in the ground.
Dumping them ASAP and going with AT&T DSL at 3 Mbps for less than half the price. My predication is that the new rate limits will be the demise of this poorly run company. |
