 | [Digital TV] Lying fools! I was getting my cable and internet for $69.50 a month until last month, the price went to $75.35. I called and was told that it is the increase in cable causing the bill to increase. I asked if that would be the only increase for me and was told yes. Of course I believed them but today I got my bill and now the bill is now $88.66 for expanded cable and internet. I got pissed and called the lying bastards and chewed some ass. The management I talked to could have cared less. I am wanting to keep the internet but go to dish network for Tv. Is this possible, or do I have to keep cable with these assholes just to get the internet? |

| The two are separate, you don't need TV service to get internet or vice versa. Let them know of that, that you have cable internet.
Anyways, look at your bill it should be itemized. Maybe someone has been ordering something without you knowing, or the extra cost are below-the-line fees like surcharges, tax, device rental. -- Moe, I need your advice

| Be sure to read ALL the fine print about Dish/DirecTV's prices, so you aren't in for more surprises. Sometimes the price is good for a certain time, increases gradually, and what it will be after your contract.
On another note, if you get Dish Network, Hulu apparently now has some partnership with Dish so Dish subscribers can watch missed episodes earlier than the free users; one day after air instead of 8 days for free users. -- Moe, I need your advice
