Thanks Kataan for the Number, I am calling it first thing on Monday. My service is back down again. I will say that Comcast has a lot of good and caring people working for them and most of the people that I have encountered are extremely nice and want to be helpful. But as far as the service I pay for and the service that has been provided to me I have never had a worse experience. The company is so big they don't communicate or even have a clue what another department is doing to rectify the trouble for a customer. I have had 5 techs do the same thing every time they come over even after I explained that it had already been done. I am so frustrated with Comcast. I have requested that they replace the drop coming to my home but they are reluctant to do that. Since I have the bundle with all 3 services (don't ever do that) that is the only common link that would cause all 3 to go out at the same time in my opinion, but I am just a dumb customer that doesn't know anything.
