Is there an easy way to switch from DSL /w voice service to DSL with no voice service? If someone has done it before could you provide any tips and share your experience?
My experience has mirrored that of graysonf, I just called the customer service phone number on the bill, and I had no problems.
The only people I know of who had problems, are those who ported their telephone number to a different carrier rather than just cancelling the voice service. The reason that can be a problem is that your DSL service is directly associated with the phone number, and if the phone number goes away, so does the DSL service. -- History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. -- Dwight D.
