The only reason I would ever say this is staged is because of the prehistoric ringtone being used..... I wouldnt think someone at such a fancy shmancy performance like this would have such an outdated phone.
Look at his face though people.... hes not only pissed, but hes anxious/frustrated and is blushing... ruined his performance. Why would it be faked?

| Older video, same idea, more instruments, might have been staged but it occurred during warm-up/tuning before the concert started, stragglers are still rushing to their seats so it is slightly more plausible.
