Can't Connect 1 o 3 computers to VPN

I’ve subscribed to a VPN service. It was working ok on pptp and L2TP, but then I bought a new computer. It didn't work at all on it. I temporarily was able to reach 1 pptp gateway and not the others. Now it's back to none. I've tried turning off/uninstalling at the firewall, AV programs. No help. I've no idea what to do and the vpn company tech support is useless.

I'd appreciate any suggestions about what to do.

Which provider did you sign up with? I have mostly experience with HMA. Are you connecting through any desktop application or directly with your Network preferences?
