Thank you James. What some of them don't realize or do realize and are ignoring, the true facts is that with any company you are going to get bad reviews. Nobody wants them but it is a fact of life. Frustrated customers are going to leave a bad review, BUT do they ever come back and revise that review when they get good service? Maybe 2 % of them.
With any company there is chance for grow and improvement. All we ask is to give us time to fix the problems and wait for an answer to tickets instead of sending a new ticket in every day. The problems get fixed much quicker if all the information is in one ticket.
