I also found out that whole house DVR service is only available on Motorola Set top boxes. I was also told that the set-top box that will be installed depends upon my service area (which I don't understand either). the CB customer service rep I spoke with when I first inquired on a few things couldn't tell me if I was getting a Cisco or Motorola box. He simply stated that it depends upon my service area and the installer will give me one or the other. I guess it would be nice to know if I will be getting a service that they are advertising or not.
