Re: [IL] Southern IL HSI slow? Exactly, I've been trying to navigate youtube via G+ and haven't been able to stream anything in 1080p in a while.
I called tech support and they just say "we are working on some upgrades for your area". Which really doesn't tell me much.

| Waterloo, Iowa...I just called tech support and in my area they are upgrading due to too much traffic. And I ended up upgrading to a higher tier connect. |
