[General] www.scroogle.org censored by Clearwire?

Is Clearwire intentionally censoring this website or others?

Until a week ago or so I used Scroogle as my search engine of choice, but it now fails to load... but only when I'm connected via Clearwire. Other ISP's load the site fine.

So- is this website being censored by Clearwire, and if so why?

Apparently Google is trying to block Scroogle. I don't know why it would display differently with different providers, though.

The issue raised in the linked forum is one I've seen recently in using Scroogle, but distinct from the one I'm seeing here.

To clarify, if I try to open www.scroogle.org with any browser while connected via clearwire, the loading indicator shows no progress and eventually times out. Just as though there were no such web address.

I can connect to www.scroogle.org just fine through a proxy, though.

Tested Site with CLEAR and it works just fine. Might be an isolated incident.

Thank you all for your interest and help!

Thanks to whfsdude I am now vaguely familiar with traceroute... and here is the traceroute for www.scroogle.org:

In doing this I've begun to wonder, could Scroogle have blocked access from my IP address as though I were a bot?
