Peer Block blocks VPN connection

Hi

I am unable to connect to my VPN server ( PacketiX) unless I disable Peer Block. Then the VPN connection works fine, but this of course defeats the whole purpose both of a VPN server and
Peer Block ! Please note I have forwarded the VPN Port in my router settings as well. I have tried to configure Peer Block by going to the settings, but I can't see how to do it.

In addition,both U Torrent and Bit Spirit stop torrent downloads when I am connected to the VPN server.
Can anybody tell me :

1.How to configure Peer Block so that it doesn't block the connection to the VPN server?

2. How to configure U Torrent or Bit Spirit to work with a VPN connection?

Have you looked to see if the IP address of the VPN provider is in the block list of Peer Block? Add the IP addres (if it is a static one) to peer blocks white list and see if it makes a difference.

Also, why do you need peer block if you are torrenting through a VPN?
