Connecting Win 7 laptop to wireless connection

I'm running Linux Mint on my desktop machine - connected to the internet via a wireless router/modem. My daughter has always been able to connect and access the internet via the wireless connection. Today, however we bought her a new laptop, running Win 7 and we are having some issues. She can connect to the wireless network but can't connect to the internet.

I'm either having a really blonde moment or I'm really tired because I can't for the life of me figure out why she can't get online. It's not a firewall issue because I've disabled it and she still can't get out.

What am I missing?
