slow upload speeds in columbus ohio

jjbadnell join:2012-01-24 Columbus, OH 1 edit	slow upload speeds in columbus ohio i am on the 50 meg down 5 up connection.the upload speed the entire time i have been back with wow has been at or near 5 megs.the last few days it has been less than 1 meg.the download speeds are fine its just the uploads.any suggestions would be great before i call customer service.i would like to avoid that if at all possible.
