I have no idea why I'm being charged. I thought that when we got the magicjack, I had paid for 3 years of service. I think I installed it last year, or maybe in 2010.
I also logged into what passes for their account page. My god, it's horrible  . There is no information as to when I signed up, length left on my billing cycle. All I see is a call log for the last year. So I have no idea when I need to renew, or even if I should.
