First, went the $40 a month bait and and switch internet deal, which is`as fast as a phone line requiring you to upgrade to $80.00 pm for better, but nowhere near close as fast as DSL or cable. Sucks during rain and snow if it even works at all. Cloudy days cause disruption in service.
Then we moved to our present location. Installers were supposed to come out twice,but filed to do so. Require us to have disabled person to go on roof an remove part of their satelite. Idiots sent return box to put router and satelite piece to old location we no longer reside. Got stiffed for early termination fees of $165.00 because we went with local DSL instead.
Then called them and UPS to send return box to the correct location--(dealing with idiots). Wife got them to sen another box to current location. Has the name and claim # of the corporate goof, claiming there was an additional 20 days for box to get sent back with equipment. Low and behold 2 days later they drew out $365.00 out of our debit leaving us $40.00 overdrawn.
We are on a fixed income and don't need this!
