Internet Speed

There is no excuse for slow speed if you are paying extra for high speed. If you bought a car and they said it was a V8 you would want a refund if there was actually a V4 under the hood.The same is true here.
Send me background on how this has happened .Is it just a coincidence so many report the same slow speed ? I think not !

Every thing u see on these complaints are true. I get sucky service just the same as everybody else using skybeam. Customer service is horrible and u get very slow internet and at times like some people said u have to reboot ur computer just to try to get it to work. My bill from sky beam also keeps bouncing. I'm sick of it. Called them once to cancel. Its first of Jan they made a day to come at the end of the month. They didn't show. And I got a bill. Being ingnored and I really want to cancle it.

My father has been using skybeam for some time. he said it used to be great before skybeam bought out the service. I do not have any proof of that. What I do have proof of is this: I went to the skybeam speed test portal and checked my speed. 1mbs download and .5mbs upload speed. I called and after a 20 min wait I switched from the 3mbs/1mbs to the 5/2. reboot system as told and walla! I still have a 1/0.5 speed on skybeams speed test portal. Good thing I have no contract and got the "upgrade" for 35 a month for 6 months. about to just switch to satellite.
