 | Slow speeds in the evening From what I've seen this problem is fairly common, around 6:00 my internet speed begins to drop from 3 mbits to as low as 0.24 mbits.  this reading was taken at 6:00 EST
It may be noted that i recently upgraded from a 1.5 to 3.0 connection, and a new modem was installed. The problem has only happened since my old modem was replaced, so i know its not due to the amount of people using their internet in my area. |

 | i've had to call windstream 3 times now, and each time they fixed it - temporarily, about 45 minutes after they fix the speed, it goes back down to this.  |
