| I too lost my bandwidth meter when I did a modem swap last year. Phone help could not fix it, so it was escalated up the system. Received phones calls to let me know they were working on it then a call to say it should work, it did. Later got a call to make sure it was still working. All in all took a couple of weeks. Everybody left their name and contact number if there were any issues. Frankly surprised at the quality of service. |
