Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 24 hours – this is by default. Some programs (especially antivirus or newly installed programs) may store temporary files from the Temp folders. Those files may also be locked or unable to be deleted during the current session)
For preventing errors when trying to delete them, this new option makes CCleaner exclude them.
Makes sense.
