Porting landline # to vzw?Looking to port my house phone # that I have had for over 20 years to my sisters VZW family plan. Billing name and address are different on landline and her wireless account. Is this possible? I'm looking to be an additional line to her existing plan. |

I moved my father's out of state Verizon land line to my Verizon Wireless family plan. They always told me NO because it was out of the area but I guess no one noticed the 10th time I asked. Unless you get everyone in a room together, you'll have to tell a couple fibs about who you are on the phone but one real benefit - my dad has the only cell service I've ever seen that identifies on caller ID with his name and number. He had the number for 50 years and didn't want to give it up. |
