[Internet] Line stats on the 2 wire?

Anybody can tell me or post a link to the line stats of my 2 wire modem? The modem page 192.168.2.1 recently changed and can't find it anymore.

I meant the Data Error page like this:

try this

»192.168.2.1/xslt?PAGE=B04

It works on my modem although I have a different firmware so I am not sure it will on yours

This page has been removed in the firmware update.

Is there anyway to get it back?

This is what I'm looking for, but I don't know which version of the firmware I got on my 2Wire modem and can't find that Data Error page anymore. Do you have a link to that Data Error page?

It doesn't give me the Data Error page. Maybe I don't have the same version of firmware than you.

Is there anyway to roll back the firmware? How can you verify which version you have?

Bell OWNS the 2Wire. While it is inexcusable that Bell does not allow access to all 2Wire pages, ITS BELL’S 2WIRE; and they can and WILL do whatever they want.

Bell has FORCED an update through their system and the upgrade from version 5.xxx.xxx to 6.xxx.xxx IS controlled by Bell and is NOT reversible.

There are others here that can direct you to a third party modem that may give you what you want.

This picture may help with checking the software version of the 2wire

My modem software version got the same logo as you. It's written as version 6.1.5.74-enh.tm. I just don't have access to the Data Link error page anymore. My guess is that Bell removed it (from users access) in their new firmware update, but I don't understand how you can have access to it (if you're with Bell sympatico).

This is not a solution but may be a step towards what we are looking for here...
I just got the update to the newest firmware today and I noticed a few oddities in the URL naming, they are incrementing alphabetically and numerically with a few missing here and there. I decided try a few combinations to see if I could locate any line/error statistics, and here is what I found so far...

Firmware: 6.1.5.74-enh.tm

URL's that are missing from URL Pattern

»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=B_0_0 (Page not found)

»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_0_3 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_0_4 ("Emergency Battery Backup"(Battery not present in my model))
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_0_5 (404 - Not Found)

»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_2_5 (Broken/Half done Page???)

»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_4_0 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_4_1 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_4_2 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_4_3 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_4_4 (404 - Not Found)

»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_1 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_2 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_3 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_4 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_5 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_6 ("Technician Login" Page)
»192.168.x.1/xslt?PAGE=C_5_8 (404 - Not Found)

I have no idea of the Technician Login so at this point I'm not sure where to find the statistics we're looking for, though I'm sure it's behind one of these curtains.

The url's that display the tech login prompt are the pages that are password protected

Can you post a picture of this page

Here's a screenshot of the page you mentioned.

My modem was pushed the update, this morning. Not impressed. The "link test" page/button under 'diagnostics' seems buggy at best and even if I had enough patience with it, it probably shows no useful line stats like sync rates.

Thanks for the reply, seems like bell made the same changes to the 2wire version 5 and 6

With the 2wire version 5 software the data error page url is
192.168.2.1/xslt?PAGE=B04 so try this url
192.168.2.1/xslt?PAGE=B_0_4

Here's a picture of the top portion of the C_1_0 page
