If you need reliable service and you have SKYBEAM, you many want to ensure you have a back up, i.e. Air Card or Hot Spot. I get offers from SKYBEAM to increase my speed. I've suggested since I currently get about half what I am paying for, when it works, maybe they should give me a higher speed at the rate I currently pay and maybe I will get the speed for which I am paying.
