 | wireless network The mobile home park that I live in has free wifi. I am at about the limit of it's range (1 to 2 bars). My question is there a solution that would allow me to boost the incoming signal and connect to my home wireless network. I have a desktop and a network printer and two wireless laptops and a wireless tablet that I would like to keep connected. I can connect all of the computers to the provided wireless network but can't figure out how to access the printer on all computers. |

You might be able to do that on other routers. |

 | reply to wayjac I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. What I would like to do is leave my network intact (Netgear WNR2000 wireless router) and run the parks wireless through my already established network. I hope this makes sense. |

How do you connect to the parks wireless now |
|
 | I can connect each computer individually to the parks wireless. The signal is not the strongest but will connect most of the time. I just cannot share the printer with all of the computers. |

 | So you are saying that a wireless ethernet adapter will take the parks wireless signal and send it through my home network and supply internet to all my wired and wireless devices connected to my network. If so that will take care of my problem. |

If so you might want to consider a pair of adaptors and avoid the wifi portion until you get to your router. If your at some distance from the source, then only coax will work as powerline is limited in distance. |

Set it up to connect to the park's wireless network. Then connect the ethernet port to the WAN port on your router. Make sure that your router uses an IP range on the LAN that is different from what the park is handing out. |

What about the printer issue |
|
 | My printer is a network printer so if I am able to use my network then I will be able to use the printer without issue. All I've wanted to do is doll out the parks wireless internet through my own network to all my computers. |

 | Thank you wayjac for your help. I have been all over the house with a laptop it is what it is. I have a D-Link WUA-1340 USB wireless adapter plugged into this computer a desktop. Using a USB extention cable I have that adapter tied around a Smoke alarm at the moment. I am getting 3 bars service on it. That's about the best I can do here. I can use the parks service on all my computers now. Not the best but for what I do on the net it is tolerable. I was hoping someone had a miracle solution for me. Thanks again Kevin |
