Sorry dude, I thought you already had it and were complaining. Re-reading your OP I see that was my bad (been one of those days). And I would kill myself for pissing you off but I'm just too damned busy. For what it's worth I do watch Netflix on my phone sometimes over 3g (not very often though) and don't have to deal with buffering so maybe they have improved it.
