they're probably still only reloading the name servers, twice a day, rather than just refreshing the zone. I see forward & reverse properly, from non-at&t name servers.

I can confirm that as of now, the hostnames are working. They weren't the other day. I run my own internal recursive lookup server, I don't use AT&T's caching servers. |
