Friend took this picture of her Twins that didn't come out quite right. Can anybody here help it out? I know there's not a lot to work with, but I've seen some miracles on here.

Biggest issue is that they're so far out of focus. This may be a little better overall.

another possibility.

cropped to get rid of most of the bright parts, other brights painted in pink, white rectangle pasted over, slight sharpening.

What a shame that trying to bring this one into focus is really a lost cause for the most part. They are adorable and this would have been a priceless image.
