No Upload

I have Roadrunner in SoCal and just noticed after doing a speed test that I have normal download but no upload (it just waits and waits). I rebooted the modem and when it was going through restart tghe send light (sb5120) took a long time to sync up.

Anyone else having this problem in the DiamondBar area?

Sometimes the upstream channel here takes forever to lock on when I reboot my modem. Nothing new but once it does lock on everything runs great.

upload has been dropping like that for a few days now. very frustrating...basically kills the connection.

if you look at the network status page it seems that there's a lot of planned maintenance to be done in the next couple days. hopefully that fixes it?

Well...This problem just got "fixed" again. I rebooted the modem and my upload is back to normal. I check the readings on the modem web page and they have not ever changed.

Is there some way I can check and see where this problem is coming from (my modem or Time Warner)?

I'm having the same issue here in New York. Starts happening around 11pm and "magically" starts working again around 11am (usually after I spend 30+ mins on the phone with TWC)

Rebooting the modem, even doing a full reset, doesn't seem to have any affect on it.

My modem is a Thompson RCA DCM425
