Open Canada's telecom industry up to foreign competition and then maybe we will see some change.
Also CRTC needs to be run by people who have a freakin' clue when it comes to technology. What did the last head of the CRTC refer to gigabytes as? Oh yeah that's right, he called them gigahertz. |
