[FireFox] Open multiple pages/links in one tab

Hi All,

Looking for a software or tip that will allow me to open links/pages in one tab. I tried an add-on save images that has an option to open selected links in one tab.

The thing is it opens each page in it's own frame, this will not allow me to do a ctl-all and copy of all the text from the multiple web pages the open in that one tab.

I found this using Google. It is from 2008 so I do not know if it will work with newer versions of Fx.

Thanks. I tired it but it didn't work.

It looks like that is so all links you click on load in the same tab instead of a new tab. I want all the pages on one tab, so if i click on 4 links all 4 pages are open on one tab.

This might be your only option:

I guess i should post what i am trying to do. I visit a blog that has post to download videos. To access the link for the video you have to click a link that opens a new page. So i have to click on the page and copy the link, go back to the main page and do the same thing over and over.

So i want to find a way to open each link i click on in 1 tab, that way i can copy all the download links from the 1 tab.

Ahhh so, you don't want to "copy all [of the] text", just the links... I got nothin'. Maybe there're some add-ons at AMO that do something with links and/or downloads and/or copy/paste that you can ask one or more of the devs of those add-ons for some guidance.

Not sure I understand but can't you just right click on the link and "open in new tab"?

I think he's looking for a "one and done" solution (grabs all the successive links at once -- if I'm reading it correctly [this time]).

I could do that, but that would open the link in its own tab, so i have to then click on that tab and copy the link and go back and do the same over and over.

If i could click to open all links in the same tab, say like 1 tab with 40 different pages loaded, i could then ctrl+all and copy the text, the program i use to download will copy only the downloadable links.

If i could do this it would save me lots of time.

The add-on save images does this but the part i have a problem at is the copying all the text, the pages open in one tab but in frames. So i then would have to click inside each frame to copy the link.

Now I get it. You want a download manager. I'm pretty sure there is one. Look under here. Maybe try this one.

The download manager i have, called jdownloader.

Just looking for a quick and easy way to get all the download links on one page.

You know how blogs have stories posted on one page, then to get to the video, pics or read more on that posting you have to click on something.

Well i dont want to have to go one by one to each tab that the link i have to click on opens. I was all those links that i have to click on open on 1 tab at the same time. Then i just copy all the text and jdownloader pulls the download links from all the text i have copied.

I want the same feature, but so far no luck. Here what I'm doing instead:
I have Tab Mix Plus open new tabs next to the "mother" tab to the right and also I've set the option to move to the left when closing a tab. I ctl-click on each of the links which opens a series of tabs to the right, without leaving the 1st page. This lets me open the tabs, go to the right-most one, start the download, close the tab, which sends me to the next one to its left. One I've closed all the "daughter" tabs, I'm back where I started.

OK but did you look through that category for what might work for you?
