| I gotta agree with OP, Shaw has been operating with really long delays on customer service and installer scheduling.
It's quite alright most of the time, since I almost never have to contact Shaw. But...when I do, I have to use unofficial channels like DSLR, rather than calling.
I can understand that Shaw is going through an upgrade, but quite frankly, I notice that companies, people, projects, etc have all been depressed, overworked and inefficient recently: i.e. HWY-1 in Vancouver was in ruins for over 3 years now... The water main construction under my windows, which was supposed to be done over summer 2010 and now stretched over into 2 years... |
